Immunizations: We DO NOT REQUIRE COVID-19 VACCINE (& not for most children anyhow), although these are seasonally available for high risk, if desired - ask. We do not require INFLUENA Vaccines, & only seasonally available. However, Influenza vaccine is recommended to prevent serious illness. We DO recommend those proven vaccines around used for decades. CVMC Pediatric Unit winter occupancy BEFORE most vaccines was 30-40 children & many were quite sick with sepsis, meningitis, etc. ... but NOW winter occupancy is usually only 0-3. - Vaccines work!
